New for 2025, the NZ Life & Leisure Local Larder celebrates the region’s finest artisan food and drink. From craft gin and boutique wines to gourmet chutneys, teas, and alpine-inspired delicacies, this vibrant space is the ultimate destination for food lovers at the Wānaka A&P Show.
A highlight of the Local Larder is celebrity chef Peter Gordon, known as the “godfather of fusion cuisine.” Peter will take centre stage with live cooking demonstrations, offering two daily sessions. The 10.30am session focuses on budget-friendly meals that are quick and easy and reduce food waste, making the most of seasonal ingredients.
